President Obama has picked two very able co-chairs for the job of figuring out what to do about soaring federal budget deficits. And leading Republicans had better get on board to help with a bipartisan effort, or else get out of the way. Increasingly defined by hypocrisy, those who scream about out of control spending had better become part of the solution.
